Agreement

These terms govern your use of Channel HQ, operated by Esipick. By signing in or connecting a channel you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

What the service is

Channel HQ shows data from your YouTube and Instagram accounts and from your own automation. It is read-only: it does not publish, edit or delete content on your channels.

Figures come from the platforms' APIs and can lag by a day or more. Projections, such as the date a channel may reach the YouTube Partner Program, are estimates from recent trends and are not a promise of results.

Accounts and channels

You may only connect channels and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for the roles you give them. Keep your sign-in secure and your automation keys private; tell us if a key is exposed so it can be revoked.

Google, YouTube and Meta

Use of YouTube data through Channel HQ is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You can revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Channel HQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, YouTube or Meta.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces, to overload or probe the service, to resell access without our agreement, or to use it in breach of the law or of a platform's rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Channel HQ available but provide it as is, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Esipick is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates shown in the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your channels and asking us to close your workspace (ali@esipick.com). We may suspend access that breaks these terms. On closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
